WHAT TO EXPECT
Ascension Lutheran Church is known for worship services that are both dynamic and traditional, with exceptional music, and an excellent youth message. Children are welcome in church service, and the Ascension nursery provides child care for those who would like it. We hope you will visit and experience the good news of the gospel of Christ and see how He is working in our church community.
SPECIAL THEMED SERVICES
Ascension hosts several themed worship services throughout the year, such as our Christmas Cantata, Celtic, Klezmer, New Orleans Jazz, and African music themed worship. View past services and a calendar for upcoming events below.
Ascension's Prayer Ministry meets Mondays from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. to pray for our church, its members, and community. The Youth & Adult Learning Committee leads a monthly prayer meeting on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the prayer room. To learn more about Ascension prayer ministries, click below.
