Teams of 3-4 golfers will play 9-holes (best ball format) at 1:57 PM on Sun., Sept. 28 at Polo Fields Golf Club (17001 Polo Fields Lane, Louisville, KY). Arrive early so you can warm up by hitting a few balls on the driving range (this is included in your greens fee). After the golfers finish (around 4:30 PM), everyone will "dine" in the Polo Fields Clubhouse Restaurant. If you are not golfing, you can still join us for dinner! The greens fee is $35 per person & can be paid at the Pro Shop the day of the event. Those attending will be responsible for their individual meal & drink at the clubhouse restaurant. Please RSVP by signing up in the Fellowship Hall before Sept. 22 so we have a proper headcount.
