Please join us after the 5pm service (about 6pm), Sat., Feb. 22 for Ascension’s annual Chili Cook-off and Snoop event hosted by the Church Life Committee. Consider making your favorite pot of chili or just bringing a side dish/dessert to share, and join the fun in eating and judging which chili is the best in 2020. After the chili dinner, we will play Snoop, a fun, fast paced card game that is a great way to get to know others at Ascension. Snoop participants are asked to bring an inexpensive gift (less than $10) with character in a paper bag. We will crown the Grand Snoop and be done for the night by 8:30pm. We ask that you help us set-up for the Snoop event by bringing or dropping off your card table on Saturday. Please see the sign-up sheet in the fellowship hall. Plan to come and share a night of food, fun and fellowship with us.
